Honeycomb Campground

We've camped our whole life together
and have only embraced Honeycomb these past few years...
And I always say we really do enjoy it when all the summer hoopla is gone. ha.
That's our oldest and his new [to him] sailboat]
just out from our campsite...
Our little mountains are so pretty!
So this weekend was a [nother] vintage camping event and it was so fun to see all of the sweet vintage trailers [I really do think those 'canned hams' are just too cute!]
We mostly just relaxed 'round our camper...
.... enjoyed our fireplace
[we sooooo believe in roughing it! ha]
... having the first chili of the season...
Yum.
and enjoyed being in nature during that glorious fall weather!
While we were there for a vintage camping event that
almost always has a costume contest of some kind...
we had no idea the hosts planned to ACTUALLY exchange vows
with all of us together!
It was so, so very sweet and fun to see us all dressed up
as storybook characters in love and support of them!
We chose to go as the King and Queen of hearts...
complete with a skeleton mask to match -
[It was Halloween, after all!]
