Annie Lee the Argosy Update No.073

We spent a little time in Florida at the beginning of the new year -

Our first stop was CanOpener at Top Sail Hill!
This event is always a ton of fun!
And even more so this year because
we had our Argonaut friends with us!
We all got together and shared some Southern hospitality with
tomato sandwiches, RC Cola, and moon pies with the crowd -
Y'all know we love TopSail Hill - such a gorgeous
campground and preserve with some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida!

We love to get up early at least one day during our stay
so that we can see the sunrise!

And it's a special treat if we catch the moon just before it sets too!
Those mornings were COOL this year!
But worth it!!
The evenings were very nice too!
We loved our site and the room we had to host a group around our campfire -
And we really enjoyed getting to know
some new friends from Alabama and Mississippi too!
Riding our scoots on the trails was so fun!
We rode all over the park and also down the awesome path
down Hwy 98 to the Donut Hole for breakfast one morning -
Gotta have at least one strawberry angel while we're there, right?!
And this year we decided to get off the beaten path a bit and take the sandy trails...and I learned that I need to secure my cell phone a bit more so as not to lose it. THANK GOODNESS it was not on silent and we were able to locate it before it was buried...lol...
TopSail Hill:
Mostly great even paved [or hard gravel] sites  -
Excellent bathrooms -
[New bath house is {{finally}} being constructed .]
Excellent cell / internets -
Stores and restaurants nearby -
Y'all know we'll be there again!
