Despite my busy week

I was able to continue with #TruthCamp
and my #100DaysofLookingUp Project ...

Let's talk about TRUTH CAMP first -
This is basically a study of John and I'm loving how she's bringing in other parts of the Bible to support and complete this study.
You can see my bits and pieces to the left on the fold out
with my 'patch' for the week and a verse that stuck with me...
The devotional / study guide is taped in on the right
of my journal with a photo of our Annie Lee...
I'm using the fold out area to answer the questions at the end of the study
-- again with bits and pieces from the Illustrated Faith kit...

and the last page is just  some artsy stuff to reinforce the study
and my thoughts for the week...
[Used more bits from the kit as well as some from previous IF Kits,
a photo of me and another verse...]
I'm loving how it's all coming together as I'm digging into God's Word.
This week one of the IF Team members challenged us to create small cards about what Jesus has meant to us throughout our lives... I'm going to add those in to my journal near each devotional / study insert...
The pages in between each week's study are set aside for the
100 Days of Looking Up Project.
And, I stayed on track all week!
I brought my coffee up to my desk with a view [ha]
and spent a little time with God as each morning started...
I truly believe we are able to have peace
when we focus on the blessings [small and big] in our lives.
So that's what I'm doing with this 100 Day Project...
I'm trying my best to look up from these screens in front of me and
see all the good around me...
[and yes, even when things are bad -]
I think [and hope!] looking for blessings daily for 100 days can impress it on my heart and become a way of life for me...
Creating a bit of art along the way helps me slow down and spend more time with God... and having my pages prepped for the week has surely helped!
