* It's still kinda weird to me that a holiday doesn't mean a day off...lol
* Had a not-so-fun drive up to Nashville before our delayed flight to NYC
* Bucket List ✔️  - ate in a bubble / igloo with a skyline view!
* Enjoyed a true hot pot meal - and tried beef tongue, quail egg, and tripe for the first time...all delicious!
* Walked until I didn't think I could take another step, then refueled with chocolate - ha - Mississippi Mud in Brooklyn isn't quite the same as ours, but still delish.
* It's always wonderful to visit the city [and our kiddos] and see new a different things!
