LEMON SHRIMP

– It seems like WEEKS ago that we made this delicious [and oh-so-easy] recipe! 
I think we’ll have to make it again this week. 
Because: yum. 
My sweetheart had seen it dancing across his facebook feed 
 and thought it looked good [and IT WAS.] 
Here you go – melt a stick of butter in a pan [I did this in the oven] – put the shrimp on top [mine are frozen, shell on,] sprinkle with powdered Italian dressing mix, top with sliced lemon and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. 
 Roast some broccoli in a separate pan, 
pick up a couple of baked potatoes from Steak Out and you’ve got a meal
