No Ten on Tuesday post this week –
Many of you know that Craig’s dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on January 7th. He fought a good fight, but went on to be with our Lord last Wednesday [only five and half weeks after diagnosis.] He had a peace about his diagnosis from the beginning that we can only attribute to his relationship with Christ. Craig, his mother, and I spent Wednesday night looking through over sixty years of photos – reminiscing about a life well-lived [photos can be such a comfort to us, can’t they?] Through the weekend the family gathered to honor and remember him and while he will be missed we know he’s praising our Savior forever and ever –

I can only imagine what it will be like, when I walk by Your side...
I can only imagine, what my eyes will see, when Your Face is before me!
I can only imagine.
I can only imagine.
Surrounded by Your Glory, what will my heart feel?
Will I dance for you, Jesus? Or in awe of You, be still?
Will I stand in Your presence, or to my knees will I fall?
Will I sing 'Hallelujah!'? Will I be able to speak at all?
I can only imagine! I can only imagine!
I can only imagine, when that day comes, when I find myself standing in the Son!
I can only imagine, when all I will do, is forever, forever worship You!
I can only imagine! I can only imagine!
Yeah! I can only imagine!
Yeah! I can only imagine!
I can only imagine! Yeah! I can only imagine!! Only imagine!!!
I can only imagine.
I can only imagine, when all I do is forever, forever worship You!
I can only imagine."

I am sorry for your family's loss. Pictures tend to be one of the first things I seek out after losing a loved one. I'm glad your family found some comfort looking through and thinking of old memories.
