Here's my take on the challenge this month:I've loved this layout for a long time now and was excited to finally be scrap-lifting it! To get started I went to my LOM [Library of Memories] box and pulled a photo of me. I matted it and then pulled out some papers: red, orange with leaf texture and coordinating scraps from my card box. I decided to use the song, "Wherever He Leads, I"ll Go" as the frame around the photo, so I typed it out and put some of the words in text boxes with a color filled background [i used white text in those. I hand wrote the journaling in pencil first and then placed some words from The Girls' Paperie and computer created text box words throughout before going over it all in pen. MM rub-ons were used for the title: Follow Me, old Heidi Swapp flowers [one cut in half] butterfly embellishments of different kinds replaced the paperclips I kept meaning to get to the store to buy. I love that the butterfly represents new life in Christ. At the end I wasn't happy with how tall my paper scraps were so I added the orange trim to even things out a bit.
I'd still LOVE to see your creations using this sketch [link above] - just comment or send me an email with where I can find it!

Love it! I need a memories box, I went thru some scrapbooks from 1995 our trip to Disneyland looking for a picture to use ... gee I think I either made circles or all those scissor shapes that year, needless to say that was before we had our digital camera, gee where would those negatives be? I am looking forward to seeing you in Florence!
I like the sb page to scraplift by. I actually did 9 pages yesterday. I am so proud of myself!
That's a really pretty LO!
