This book takes us on an adventure to find lost treasure and reconcile a
family's history from over a hundred years ago as best friends, Penelope Hunter and Tucker Westbrook search secrets to restore his family name during his bid for mayor. This love story between
Penelope and Tucker is predictable, but fun. It's an easy read that entertains
the mind.
And y'all know I love the underlying faith theme...
A favorite quote of mine:
"The adventure
is in the unknown.
God has amazing things in store for you,
but if you
knew what they were,
you'd miss out on the anticipation of discovering
them."
[We should all have an Aunt Shirley in our lives!]
Note: I received a copy of this book from the publisher [Baker Revell] for review purposes. ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN.
