I really do enjoy faith journaling

or - journaling my faith... in lots of different ways...

It was kind of a natural process when I started art journaling [more than] a few years back... and I've enjoyed the progression of including a bit of creativity in my Bible notes...
And while I'm definitely inspired by pages that others do...

I've landed on some pretty basic tools / techniques for me:
Just a pencil for sketching, some water color [or occasional marker / paint] and pens...
Here's some recent pages...
Above [top photo] - y'all know I'm so very thankful that we were able to stay safe and covid free until the vaccine was available so I wanted to include that in my journaling...
It's okay if you have a differing opinion - everyone has to make their own decision about what they feel is best for them and their family. I'm good with that.
2nd photo: inspired by Valerie Sjoden...
And the words from a song we sang on Easter Sunday...
and I'll admit that I traced those lilies... and that's okay.

Here's a page I did last Easter...
even though we couldn't attend church on Palm Sunday...

and here's one I did this year to commemorate Earth Day and how much we have truly enjoyed being out in nature this past month -
Now that I'm retired I have a more time available for classes
so if you'd like me to get together with your group and explain more about Bible Journaling just contact me and we can set something up!
