The first time I remember intentionally making it was
when I was pregnant with the oldest
[no giving up caffeine for me - ha.
In my defense, I don't even remember it ever being suggested...]
I drink them a little more often during the summer months...
And they're easy enough to do -
I simply freeze any leftover coffee in an ice cube tray and then pop a couple in a glass - microwave to melt; add two or three more ice cubes and milk to fill the glass;
then stir in one packet of splenda.
[You could probably give it all a good whirl in a blender too -
but I like the way the flavors melt together...]
