I know I've shared before

how much I LOVE taking [on-line] classes from Junelle Jacobson
OMGoodness – she is THE most wonderful teacher
and gives you HOURS of detailed instruction!!
I’ve always loved a sketchy, messy, pen and ink style of art
and she has shown me how to use water colors [and yes, acrylics] to take it to whole new level.
SO FUN.
I hate that this latest class is ending soon –
but I love the wonderful little pieces of art I’ve created –
Mostly for my art journal, because she truly teaches from the heart,
and she has a heart for God.
LOVE that she speaks openly about her relationship with Him.
I branched out and created this one on a panel of wood – love it.
I used a rub-on on for my quote / verse:
“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely, or unhappy, is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature, and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be.”
– Anne Frank
It’s on my desk as a little welcome [and reminder]
as I walk into my office each day.

Here are a few more
[either in my art journal or ready to be framed for our camper -]
Side note: I’ve so enjoyed using this spiral bound microwave cookbook as my art journal this last year or so [it’s almost full!] I’ve already picked up another one at my local thrift store to use. I usually glue two pages together to give it a bit more stability, and often just tear a page out of my sketch book and stick it in, then paint around it to ‘fit’ onto the page…
[You can see that some are still a work in progress ---]

Beautiful art Judy! Junelle surely is a blessing! (As you are--sharing love, kindness, and a bit of "comfort" here & there!)

You have such a talent for painting (as well as so many other artistic endeavors!). This certainly must brighten up your office and put a smile on your co-workers' faces.
