I'm loving pennants and garlands these days -

I'm using them in decor and 

they're all over my scrapbook pages - 

 So here's a little something I made this week - 

  Easy-peasy with the pennant cut out of chip board [think  the backs of notebooks] and the hearts are felt die-cut ornaments from Good Will [originally from Target - 3 in a pack.] 

I'm thinking those white hearts may need to be misted a bit 

to give them some age, what do you think?

Either way, I think it's fun! 

It may end up over the windows in Wendell - we'll see...
