Chicken Salad
Shredded Chicken
[I use leftover chicken breast from a meal or a rotisserie chicken.]
Black Pepper
Dried Cranberries
Chopped Walnuts
Mayo
[Blue Plate, of course.]
Pro Tip: I like mine pretty 'dry' and make it that way with just a bit of mayo and others can add more in as they scoop it onto their plate.... I've also made it without the cranberries / nut [I've used pecans or almonds too] so that others can add in what they want as they eat it...
Always good - always eaten...
[And yes, I store staple items in canning jars.... well, these are really spaghetti sauce jars - I love them because they have measurements on the side...]
