I read another fun book

recently -
by Bethany Turner was a great read as I learned some behind the scenes
info regarding the making of popular food shows on television.
It was  enjoyable to see the interaction between two top television chefs as their paths crossed at different times in their lives and later grew into a closer relationship.
We all have struggles in our lives,
but we don't always live it out in the public eye -
And I kind of love that while the characters don't talk about their relationship with God throughout the book... I could tell it was there...
My favorite quote, towards the end, "I'm not going to act like I have things all figured out, or that I even understand what all there is to figure out. I just know that Hadley has something that not everybody has. And whatever that is, I think it's at the core of why we were able to become friends. So I'm grateful to whatever or whoever made that possible."
Forgiveness wins, my friends.
And forgiveness [for me] is only possible because
I have been forgiven by a gracious and loving God.
Note: I was given a copy of this book for review purposes;
all opinions are my own.
I'm a fan of Bethany Turner!!
