I love this quote you shared...

"Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn, or consumed.
Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every moment
with love, grace, and gratitude."

I love the quote from SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2010! That is one I need to remind myself often!!! You share a lot of interesting stories on here! Most of the blogs I follow are mostly scrapbooking--so yours is very refreshing--often just what I need to hear! :-)

Love reading your family stories. Since I live in west Alabama I really like reading what is going on in north Alabama.

Still love Ten on Tuesday! By the way, we stopped by Auburn for the Auburn/Clemson madness. I didn't realize there was so much "tent"-gating going on!

As always, I don't have one favorite post. I just think your blog is so interesting. If I had to pick, I would say your "Ten on Tuesday." It is something I always look forward to reading.

I really enjoyed the "Top Ten Lessons I Learned from Charlie Brown #9"! It is so true that action creates reality! Your blog is very fun to read, and so full of useful information!

I so love all your nature pictures! They are just beautiful! And I agree, you can't kill a fig tree. My hubby's grandmother has one in the back yard and her grandsons tried for many a year to kill that thing but haven't. But she makes awesome fig preserves! Thanks for your OMG giveaway's. You are so kind to do this! :)

Can you believe it's almost October ! Sheesh..and we've had such wacky weather . 95 one day and then 60 the next, then 50 ! There just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to do all the things I want to do and blog hopping is one of those things that I've had to cut back on .

I know what you mean about the omg thing. I always use it theis way "OMGosh" I hate it that people always to say Oh my God several times in a row when some thing unusual happens...good or bad. Those are probably the ones who don't believe in God. I have to think that He believes in them! Thanks for sharing. I lovet post from Sunday.... uhoh I forgot the date. It's the one with the photo of the sunrise or sunset. It's so beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

What a truly inspiring blog and I'm not just saying that because there's a "goody" to win..... I love how you combine so many different elements from Bible verses to comical lessons and of course, your pictures are amazing! I enjoyed reading all the posts but my favorite was also by the quote and picture from Sunday, September 19th.... I was really touched because my inner voice is always questioning "am I doing enough?" Thank you for sharing all of this and a part of your life with us!

Your blog has such wonderful interesting posts. I loved the one titled "Ten For Tuesday" but since there were more then one here's the link (http://bepresentbereal.blogspot.com/2010/09/ten-on-tuesday_14.html)
That poor squirrel. I'm sure it was something else to see but I love all animals and I feel sory for that squirrel. We have a little dog and there are "Great Horned Owls" in our area and I hope nothing ever happens to her cause she's outside all the time.
Thanks for the chance at your giveaway.
Hugs, Rosalee
